Supplier Audit Rate and Low-Risk Supplier Proportion of MACMIC
The evaluation of suppliers is conducted based on the “Supplier Performance Management Measures”, which provides an annual comprehensive evaluation of suppliers:
Grade A: Quality score ≥ 45 points and total score ≥ 90 points; low-risk suppliers.
Grade B: Quality score ≥ 35 points and 70 points ≤ total score < 90 points; medium-risk suppliers.
Grade C: Quality score ≥ 30 points and 60 points ≤ total score < 70 points; high-risk suppliers.
Grade D: Quality score < 30 points or total score < 60 points; eliminated suppliers.
In 2023, 112 key suppliers were evaluated, of which 107 were low-risk suppliers, 5 were medium-risk suppliers, and there were no high-risk suppliers. The proportion of low-risk suppliers in 2023 was 96%.
